We hope we have made navigation of this site as easy as possible so that you will be able to find what you're looking for with no hassle and without losing time. Just click on the topic in the left hand menu and you'll be connected with the relevant page.
The purpose is to provide River Rim owners, Realtors and potential buyers a site that will enable them to easily access (and print) Covenants, Design Guidelines, past minutes of Board and Annual meetings and other general information.
There is also a satellite image page (unfortunately dated 2001) but it at least shows the lay of the land of River Rim and the surrounding country.
We will aim to keep the site as up to date as possible so that you'll be able to see who is building and when.
Owners and Realtors are very welcome to send us jpeg (72 res) images of property and houses for sale and we will post them in the Real Estate section for you. Keep us up to date on prices if they change please.
